Here at HenPartyItaly, we are professional hen weekend organisers, providing the best possible service to our clients. We take value and responsibility very seriously and your successful hen weekend in Italy is our priority.

How does it work?

  • You have two main options, when it comes to organizing a Hen Do in Italy with us:
    • you can go under “Hen Packages“, for pre-organized hen packages
    • or you can create your hen, by selecting different activities under “Destination“

Hen Package Ideas

  • In the “Packages” section, you won’t have to spend time or energy figuring out what to include in your hen party days.
  • You will find a short list of available packages in Florence, Rome and Milan.
  • Every package comes with a description of what is included, and a price.
  • If you like what we offer, you can send in an enquiry, and ask us to check the availability for the desired dates.
  • To do so, fill out the package form at the bottom of each package page

Creating your hen

  • If you feel like creating something from scratch, go for the second path.
  • Under “Destination”, you will find the cities where we can organize your Hen Do.
  • You pick one city, and you will find the complete list of activities available.
  • You select the different activities for the right number of people and the desired date.

Booking and Payment

  • When inquiring about a Hen Package: no later than 48 hours from the moment you have made the request, Hen Party Italy will send an official email confirming the availability of the chosen package. Within this email confirming the availability, Hen Party Italy will send a payment request. You will then have 48 hours to complete the payment and by this means to confirm your booking.
  • When selecting one or more activities: the Organizer clicks on “Book now” on the Website, proceeds to Cart page and fills the form with his/her personal details. The reservation is officially confirmed only with the payment made.
  • In both scenarios, a booking confirmation will be sent by Hen Party Italy, upon reception of the sum due, containing a detailed summary of the options and services purchased, and the price paid.

Do we need to be aware of any hidden charges?

  • Please be informed that city tax applies in Italy, for every overnight stay, and each city applies a different daily rate for its city tax. City tax must be paid by the guest directly to the hotel or vacation rental company before the end of the stay.
  • We never operate in anything but a totally honest way. Unlike many other companies we are VAT registered but we apply this internally, so there are no surprises, all costs are presented up front and in plenty of time.

Do I need final numbers at the booking stage?

  • Yes. At the booking stage, book for the minimum number that you think the group will be. If you raise any numbers no problem, as long as you know we will have to check availability. If you want to drop any numbers, please make sure everyone knows that penalty fees will apply, as indicated in the General Terms and Conditions.

What happens after I have completed payment?

  • Your programme is confirmed and guaranteed! Now it’s time for you to relax and we’ll start coordinating the administration and preparing all the behind-the-scenes planning for a fantastic event.

Is my money safe?

  • Yes 100%. We are financially bonded (R.C. Professionale n. 1505001352/k AMIERRECI) so you are protected. Remember; don’t book with anybody who can’t offer you the financial protection you deserve.

Do I get a receipt?

  • Yes, you get a payment confirmation email detailing exactly what you have paid against so it is all totally clear with no small print!

What if things change?

  • In the event that one or more participants decide to cancel their participation in the Stay, after the booking has been confirmed, each individual participant who cancels will be entitled to reimbursement of his quota (ie the total divided by the number of participants), according to the deadlines provided for in the Terms and Conditions.

If guests want to join the group after we have paid is that ok?

  • Usually yes – as long as we have the availability for your programme it should not be a problem, but please let us know in advance.

Can some of the group just come for part of the hen do?

  • Yes. This is not a problem. Just let your Account Manager know all the details for these members and they will re-quote your event based on the information provided.
  • NB: If people only want to stay for 1 night or the final group size is an odd number, there may be a supplement from the hotel.

What do I get?

  • You will receive all travel documents on week before your arrival. And we’ll have a member of staff on call over the weekend for emergency support should you need it.

Clothing – what to wear for hen weekend activities?

  • In most cases it will be straightforward; if your activities are indoors dress for comfort but for adventurous activities make certain you have appropriate, durable clothing including footwear. The weather can often play an important part so if it looks like you’ll get wet ensure you not only have your waterproofs but also bring a towel and a change of clothes. Also allow for a drop in temperature, so make sure you have your woollies and a warm coat. If in doubt call us, we’re ready to assist.

Someone in my hen party has special needs, what should I do?

  • No problem, just let us know well in advance and we’ll make all the necessary suggestions / arrangements / alterations.

Do you have terms and conditions?

  • Yes, as a totally professional organization we do, and we should do – they protect us and they protect you, see the full terms and conditions.

Should I get travel insurance?

  • Yes we strongly recommend it. Having your own personal insurance will give you an extra level of cover. Make certain your insurance policy covers you adequately for your needs relative to your itinerary (e.g. specialist activities) and to the levels you need.

You do accommodation but not flights, why’s that?

  • It’s simple really, the best airfares are available directly. With the budget airlines and ease of booking there is no competition. Our specialism is ground services not flights, so we concentrate on what we are good at and focus on providing you the best possible solution.

Is transport included to hotels / activities / airports?

  • Unless stated or requested transport is not included. Just let your Account Manager know and we can arrange this.

We’re going to Italy, should we exchange currency there?

  • Hopefully you won’t be spending a queen’s ransom during your social adventure, so the difference is most often negligible – however you will usually get more for your money if you exchange in Italy. It’s always advisable to take at least a satisfactory amount of native currency to ensure you can negotiate the basics of arrival (e.g. taxis, tipping, first drinks, snacks, etc). Then if you haven’t changed enough money in advance you can use cashpoint machines or currency exchanges when you get in Italy.

How do I find out the details of the event?

  • Full details will be available in the travel documents and in the confirmation email sent to you when the booking is confirmed. If you require any specific information, please contact your Event Manager.
